V-YRE account and data deletion
Request deletion of your V-YRE account or data
V-YRE lets users request deletion of their account and associated personal data from the app or website. These instructions apply to the V-YRE Android app and the V-YRE web experience.
Delete your account in the app
- Open the V-YRE Android app and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Delete account.
- Confirm your password and type DELETE MY ACCOUNT when prompted.
You can also sign in on the web and use the account controls on the V-YRE settings page.
Request deletion without deleting your account
If you want certain data removed without closing your account, contact V-YRE support and describe the data you want deleted. We may need to verify that you own the account before processing the request.

Data deleted or retained
When your account is deleted, V-YRE deactivates the account, anonymizes or removes profile identifiers where practical, and removes or disconnects personal account data from active use.
Some records may be retained where required for fraud prevention, safety, dispute handling, legal, tax, accounting, payment-provider, or regulatory compliance. Examples may include transaction records, moderation records, security logs, marketplace dispute evidence, and records required to protect users or comply with applicable law. Retained records are kept only as long as needed for those purposes.
