- Marketplace and Protected Trade information: supplier or buyer details, business information, product listings and pricing, inquiry records, trade agreements, delivery evidence, refund or dispute records, payment and release status, and verification and compliance information.
- Wallet and payment information: top-ups, purchases, withdrawals, bonus rewards, marketplace payments, Protected Trade payments, refunds and reversals, and provider transaction references.
- Payment providers such as PayPal may process payment information directly under their own policies. V-YRE does not store full payment card details unless required by a provider workflow or applicable law.
- Device and security information: IP address, device type, browser or app version, session activity, login timestamps, approximate region, and security and fraud signals.

V-YRE stores transaction records and related metadata for settlement and reconciliation, fraud prevention, dispute handling, accounting and audit purposes, legal compliance, and refund and release decisions.
Some financial records may be retained longer where required for compliance or dispute resolution.

We do not sell personal data.
We may share information with infrastructure and hosting providers, payment and payout providers, security and fraud-prevention services, analytics and communications providers, marketplace counterparties involved in transactions, and legal authorities where required by law.

9. Public Content and Visibility
Some content on V-YRE may be public depending on your settings and the feature being used, including profiles, articles, posts, comments, marketplace listings, and supplier pages.
Deleting or unpublishing content may remove it from normal public view, but backups, logs, dispute records, or cached copies may still exist for legal, security, or operational reasons.
Search engines and third-party services may also retain copies outside V-YRE's control.

- We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for platform operation, security and fraud prevention, marketplace and payment records, dispute resolution, legal and accounting obligations, customer support, and audit and compliance requirements.
- Some financial, marketplace, dispute, or security records may be retained longer than ordinary profile or content data.
