This policy applies to the V-YRE app and website, social and publishing features, articles, comments, messaging, wallet and payout systems, marketplace and supplier tools, Protected Trade workflows, verification and compliance systems, customer support, and moderation tools.

Some services on V-YRE may connect to third-party providers such as payment processors, shipping services, media embeds, analytics providers, or external websites. Those services may process your information under their own privacy policies.

• Profile and social information: display name, avatar or profile photo, bio, followers and following activity, saved articles, privacy settings, blocks and reports, and interaction preferences.
• Content you create: posts, articles and drafts, images and videos, comments and messages, product references, marketplace listings, captions, and metadata. This helps us display, secure, moderate, and improve platform features.
• Marketplace and Protected Trade information: supplier or buyer details, business information, product listings and pricing, inquiry records, trade agreements, delivery evidence, refund or dispute records, payment and release status, and verification and compliance information.
• Wallet and payment information: top-ups, purchases, withdrawals, bonus rewards, marketplace payments, Protected Trade payments, refunds and reversals, and provider transaction references.
• Payment providers such as PayPal may process payment information directly under their own policies. V-YRE does not store full payment card details unless required by a provider workflow or applicable law.
• Device and security information: IP address, device type, browser or app version, session activity, login timestamps, approximate region, and security and fraud signals.

We collect information directly from your activity on V-YRE, from content you upload, from transactions you initiate, from support requests and moderation reports, from payment and payout providers, from marketplace counterparties, and from security and fraud-prevention systems.

We may also collect limited public metadata from links you share, such as page titles or preview images.

V-YRE uses cookies, tokens, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, secure accounts and wallet actions, maintain sessions, remember preferences, support marketplace and Protected Trade workflows, and prevent fraud and abuse.

Disabling some cookies or storage features may affect platform functionality.

7. Payments, Marketplace, and Protected Trade Records

Marketplace and wallet activity may involve third-party payment providers such as PayPal.

V-YRE stores transaction records and related metadata for settlement and reconciliation, fraud prevention, dispute handling, accounting and audit purposes, legal compliance, and refund and release decisions.

Some financial records may be retained longer where required for compliance or dispute resolution.

8. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal data.

We may share information with infrastructure and hosting providers, payment and payout providers, security and fraud-prevention services, analytics and communications providers, marketplace counterparties involved in transactions, and legal authorities where required by law.

We may also share information during mergers, acquisitions, audits, financing, or legal investigations where legally permitted.

9. Public Content and Visibility

Some content on V-YRE may be public depending on your settings and the feature being used, including profiles, articles, posts, comments, marketplace listings, and supplier pages.

Deleting or unpublishing content may remove it from normal public view, but backups, logs, dispute records, or cached copies may still exist for legal, security, or operational reasons.

Search engines and third-party services may also retain copies outside V-YRE's control.

10. Data Retention

• We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for platform operation, security and fraud prevention, marketplace and payment records, dispute resolution, legal and accounting obligations, customer support, and audit and compliance requirements.
• Some financial, marketplace, dispute, or security records may be retained longer than ordinary profile or content data.

11. Your Privacy Controls and Rights

• Depending on your region and applicable law, you may be able to access your personal data, correct inaccurate information, delete eligible information, restrict or object to certain processing, download a copy of your data, or withdraw consent where applicable.

However, no online platform can guarantee complete security.

You are responsible for protecting your devices, passwords, email access, and payout information.

V-YRE is not intended for users below the minimum legal age in their jurisdiction. Where required by applicable law and current product checks, users must be at least 13 years old to register.

V-YRE and its providers may process data in multiple countries.

These systems may trigger security reviews, verification requests, temporary holds, account restrictions, and manual review processes.

Where required by law, you may request additional review through support.

V-YRE may send important service-related messages including security alerts, transaction updates, marketplace and Protected Trade notifications, support replies, and legal or policy notices.

You may not be able to opt out of essential administrative communications while maintaining an account.

Optional marketing messages may include unsubscribe controls where required by law.

V-YRE will process eligible requests according to applicable laws and required verification procedures.

We may update this Privacy Policy as V-YRE evolves, including changes to platform features, marketplace systems, Protected Trade workflows, payment providers, security measures, and legal requirements.

If major changes occur, we may provide additional notice through the app, website, or email where appropriate.

Continued use of V-YRE after updates means you accept the revised policy where legally permitted.
