Eligibility and account responsibility

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account credentials secure.
• You must satisfy minimum legal age requirements in your jurisdiction and any in-app eligibility checks.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account unless unauthorized access is promptly reported.
• We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts for policy violations, abuse, fraud, or legal compliance reasons.

User conduct rules

You must not post unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, exploitative, deceptive, hateful, or abusive content. You must respect privacy, intellectual property rights, and applicable laws.

Platform features and availability

We may add, remove, or modify features including feed, messaging, monetization, and wallet operations. Service availability may vary by region, maintenance windows, provider uptime, and risk/compliance controls.

Content ownership

You retain ownership of content you create. By posting on V-YRE, you grant us the rights needed to host, display, process, distribute, and moderate your content as required to operate the service.

Wallet, purchases, and withdrawals

• VUTE balances and bonus balances are in-app values and are not bank deposits or insured accounts.
• Top-ups, purchases, gifts, bonus events, and withdrawals are recorded in system ledgers and audit trails.
• Withdrawals are subject to profile completion, email verification, active payout method, limits, cooldowns, hold periods, and risk controls.
• Estimated payout values are determined by applicable platform rates and transaction status at processing time.

Bonus and referral program terms

Bonus grants may be pending, locked, unlocked, partially spent, converted to earnings, or otherwise reclassified under platform rules. Bonus unlock and conversion can depend on anti-fraud windows, top-up thresholds, creator revenue milestones, and risk review. Referral abuse, bonus farming, and policy evasion are prohibited.

Payments, provider rails, refunds, and reversals

Payment processing may rely on third-party providers. We may hold, reverse, reject, or refund transactions where required for fraud prevention, chargeback handling, legal compliance, provider failure handling, or operational integrity.

Payout methods and accuracy obligations

You are responsible for providing accurate payout details. Invalid, incomplete, or mismatched beneficiary/bank details may cause delays, rejections, holds, or reversals.

Enforcement and moderation

We may remove content, limit reach, freeze actions, or apply account penalties for violations of these terms or community guidelines.

Account and service security

We may enforce technical protections such as session controls, suspicious-activity checks, and restricted access paths for admin and financial operations.

Disclaimers and liability limits

V-YRE is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold V-YRE harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and costs arising from your violation of these terms, unlawful activity, or infringement of others' rights.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by applicable law set by V-YRE's operating entity. Dispute handling procedures, venue, and notice periods apply as required by law and this policy framework.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms as services, legal requirements, and risk controls evolve. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms where legally permitted.
